We would kindly invite you into our warm family home. The house is located just 120m away from the beach, so you can take a rest from driving, and read on the top of the hill. If you are looking for a quiet place with a stunning view for family vacation, then you are at the right place! Situated just 5 km to the North of Zadar, it is an ideal destination, a little piece of heaven with a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. You will enjoy the view of the sea and the whole Zadar archipelago from the terrace and from the windows of each room completed with the amazing sunset. Enjoy the lovely garden and swim in a heated pool (April-October), or relax in the garden’s hot-tub. You can cook over a fire pit in a large private garden, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. Walk to a nearby bakery, or a small grocery store in the mornings to get fresh local produce. The community of Kosino is a calm and peaceful place, but very close to the city that is bursting with life, restaurants, bars and museums. So close to the city and yet so far away…<\/p>

In 2003, our family decided to move from a large city to the countryside next to the sea and enjoy the peaceful life. We exchanged the rush and stress with peace and tranquility (we just can’t imagine not being woken by the bird chirping in the morning ever again \ud83d\ude42 ) For the last few years, we have welcomed travelers and adventurers in our family home and we enjoyed every moment of that time and every story they have brought and every new story that they have left with.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Kozino is a place with numerous modern villas and apartments, situated just 7 km to the west of Zadar, and it is an ideal destination for tourists looking for quiet in a little place of a gentle and friendly atmosphere.\u00a0<\/p>

Zadar is a town of long and rich history with full of cultural monuments, lots of churches, and museums. There are also four national parks in the close neighborhood of Zadar; the wonderful Kornati Islands, The Plitvice lakes, The big Paklenica of the Velebit mountain, and The Krka WaterFalls, and also you can enjoy on rafting on the river Zrmanja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Relax by the pool house & hot-tub and enjoy the stunning morning view and beautiful sunset from the terrace. The pool is heated and open from April till the end of October, the hot-tub is open all year.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can use the pool all day until 22 h, hot-tub once a day per apartment (massage cycle max 40 min), barbecue with an announcement due to agreement with other guests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Completely equipped apartments with bedrooms, kitchens, a living room with a terrace which has a view of the sea, a grill in the garden with a kitchenette and a terrace, and a swimming pool and hot-tub in the house garden.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a reception on the ground floor of the house, where someone will be every morning from 9 AM until 12 PM ready to answer any of your questions or needs.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
