The apartment has 55 sqm with additional 14 sqm terrace. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with sofa and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
Included in the apartment price are: parking, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels (changed weekly), dishes and dishwasher, energy costs, water, heating.
This apartment doesn´t have washing machine, but you can use service provided by the owner for 7 euros.
Heated pool, jacuzzi (once a day) and barbecue are available for you to use.

We would kindly invite you into our warm family home. The house is located just 120m away from the beach, so you can take a rest from driving, and read on the top of the hill. If you are looking for a quiet place with a stunning view for family vacation, then you are at the right place!
Situated just 5 km to the north of Zadar, it is an ideal destination, a little piece of heaven with a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. You will enjoy the view of the sea and the whole Zadar archipelago from the terrace and from the windows of each room completed with the amazing sunset. Enjoy the lovely garden and swim in a heated pool (April-October), or relax in the garden’s hot-tub. You can cook over a fire pit in a large private garden, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees.
Walk to a nearby bakery, or a small grocery store in the mornings to get fresh local produce.The community of Kožino is a calm and peaceful place, but very close to the city that is bursting with life, restaurants, bars and museums. So close to the city and yet so far away…
